Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and EU customers have the legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Portuguese law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send it back unless we ask.

First-order size swap
Wrong size on your first hoodie order? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the unworn hoodie with its tags on. We'll make and send the new size for free. One swap per customer.

Change of mind
Every hoodie is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on printed items. Non-printed stock items can be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you.

Customers in the European Union
If you live in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@haulroadco.com, or use the model form below, then send the item back unworn within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your notice (we may wait until the item is back with us). Return postage is paid by you.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
