Terms of service

Who we are. Haul Road Co. is a trading name of Antonio Eduardo Soares Espirito Santo, sole trader (empresário em nome individual), Rua Nova da Feira, 7700-074 Almodôvar, Beja, Portugal, NIF 234703571, email hello@haulroadco.com.

Orders and prices. Contracts are concluded in English. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. Your contract with us starts when we confirm your order by email. If there's an obvious pricing error or a product can't be made, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Products. Our products are lifestyle clothing and accessories. They are not personal protective equipment (PPE). Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real thing.

Shipping, returns and guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Complaints and disputes. You can file a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. If there's a dispute, EU consumers can use an alternative dispute resolution body such as CNIACC, the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). Australian customers keep all their rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. Portuguese law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
