Shipping policy

Where we ship: Australia only, for now. Europe is next. You can join the waitlist on our homepage.

Cost: Free shipping on every order within Australia.

Made to order: Each hoodie is printed for you in Brisbane within 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery: 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, with Australia Post or Sendle. Remote areas like the Pilbara, Kimberley, Goldfields, Bowen Basin and NT can take a few extra days.

Taxes: Prices include any applicable taxes. No surprise fees at the door.

Tracking: We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Camps and mine sites: Plenty of accommodation villages don't accept personal parcels. Check with your camp first, or use a home address, a PO Box or a parcel locker.

Wrong address: Please double check your address. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we'll send it again at cost.

Lost parcels: If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email hello@haulroadco.com. We'll sort it out with the carrier and send a new one if it's lost.
